yankee style burger set

+ cook time : 100 min. + ingredients >> 소고기 목심 800g >> bun >> potato , garlic >> lettuce , cucumber , cherry tomato , onion , lemon >> egg >> pickle >> bread crumbs >> rosemary >> dijon mustard , ketchup , salt , pepper >> extra virgin olive oil >> parmesan cheese >> white wine vinegar + directions a. 소고기 목심을 3cm 두께로 썰어 , 믹서에 넣고 갈아준다. b. 약한 불에서 양파를 올리브 오일에 10분 정도 볶은 후 , 저민 고기와 섞는다. c. 소금 1큰술 , 후추 1작은술을 곱게 빻아서 고기에 뿌려준다. c'. 구입이 가능하다면 커민 씨 1/2 작은술 , 코리안더 씨 1큰술도 함께 넣고 빻는다. d. 파머잔 치즈를 한 줌 갈아 넣고 , 디종 머스터드 1큰술 , 계란 1개 , 빵가루 한 줌을 넣고 잘 섞는다. (너무 진득거리면 빵가루를 더 넣는다.) e. 기름종이에 빵가루를 뿌리고 고기반죽으로 만든 햄버거 패티를 올려놓는다. f. 패티 위에 다시 빵가루를 뿌리고 냉장고에 1시간 정도 넣어둔다. g. 감자를 껍질째 썰어 7분 정도 삶은 후 , 체에 걸러 물기를 제거한다. h. 팬에 올리브 오일을 두른 후 , 마늘 한 쪽을 통째로 넣고 감자와 함께 기름을 골고루 발라준다. i. 230도로 예열된 오븐에 넣어둔 트레이에 마늘과 감자를 넣고 후추를 뿌려준 후 오븐에서 15 - 20 분 조리한다. j. 로즈메리 가지 3개의 잎을 떼어넣고 레몬 1개 껍질을 얇게 갈아 넣어 소금 2큰술과 함께 곱게 빻는다. k. 소금을 체에 걸러내면 로즈메리 소금이 완성된다. l. 깨끗이 씻은 상추와 양파 반 개 , 오이 반 개 , 체리 토마토 6개를 잘게 다진다. m. 디종 머스터드 1큰술 , 올리브 오일 2-3 큰술 , 레몬 반 개 즙 , 와잍 와인 식초 1/2 작은술 , 소금 , 후추를 섞어 크리미 프렌치 드레싱을 만든다. n. 드레싱을 야채와 함께 섞어주면 어메리컨 첲 샐러드가 완성된다. o. 팬에 올리브 오일을 두르고 버거 패티를 약한 불에 5분 정도 미듐으로 익힌다. p. 불에 살짝 구운 햄버거 빵에 패티를 얹고 케첲을 뿌리면 버거가 완성된다. q. 오븐에서 꺼낸 감자칲에 로즈메리 소금을 뿌리고 첲 샐러드와 피클, 그리고 완성된 버거를 준비하면 양키 스타일 버거 셑이 완성된다. >> 소고기 목심으로 만든 두툼한 버거 , 칲스 , 그리고 어메리컨 스타일 첲 샐러드로 구성된 양키 스타일 버거 셑. 만들기는 쉬우나 의외로 준비해야 할 재료가 많다. 하지만 와잍 캐슬을 제외하고는 일반 정크 푸드 햄버거를 싫어하기 때문에 , '뤀 앤 미' 버거 먹으러 신사동까지 가기 귀찮은 날이면 가끔은 이렇게 만들어 먹는 수고도 필요하다.

sean ellis (dir.) - cashback genre : drama , romance , comedy rating : r language : english run time : 102 min. release : may 18, 2006 cast sean biggerstaff : ben willis emilia fox : sharon pintey shaun evans : sean higgins michelle ryan : suzy stuart goodwin : jenkins michael dixon : barry brickman michael lambourne : matt stephens marc pickering : brian >> 2004년에 나온 18' 짜리 단편영화의 성공으로 매우 기대했던 작품인 cashback. sean ellis가 추구하는 강렬한 색감과 마치 소설을 읽는 듯한 느낌을 주는 sean biggerstaff의 독백 , 그리고 등장하는 캐맄터들이 살아있다는 것이 이 영화의 매력. 스폰지 하우스에서 영화를 본 후 ending credit이 올라갈 때 deja vu같은 것을 느꼈는데 - 이것이 2005년 씨네코아(현 스폰지 하우스)에서 tony takitani를 보았을 때의 느낌이었다는 것을 인지하는데는 꼬박 하루가 걸렸지만 - 2년이란 시간의 공백을 두고 같은 장소에서 같은 느낌의 영화를 보았다는 것이 신기했는지 , 아니면 영화의 impact가 강해서였는지는 모르겠지만 cashback이 주는 여운은 생각보다 오랫동안 지속되었다.

apc is a to-the-point fashion label. not quite utility, but definitely user-friendly, it's a range that favours classic french simplicity and long-time desirability over seasonal ins and outs. jean touitou launched his 'atelier de production et de creation' (apc) line 36 years later in 1987. a graduate of history and linguistics from the sorbonne in paris, he never intended to work as a designer, becoming involved with kenzo purely by chance in the late 1970s, later spending three years at agnes b. but today jean touitou has found a recipe for fashion success and it involves olive oil. and a record label, and film and whatever else he feels like picking and choosing and working with that seems right at the time. touitou is particularly skilled at collaboration and apc has been associated with many unexpected creation projects; in 1995 he launched a record label which has seen the likes of sofia coppola and marc jacobs make their musical debuts; in 2001, touitou sponsored zoe cassavetes in a dvd-released film. martin margiela, anna sui and martine sitbon have all featured in the apc mail order catalogue (set up in 1993) as guest designer, while prints from eley kishimoto and jessica ogden's customisation skills have been used to give new life to old stock. apc's clothing for men and women is sold alongside music, aftershave, scented candles (and apc branded olive oil) at touitou's shops . . .

>> trendy와는 거리가 먼 grunge look을 꾸준히 추구하고 있는 내가 fashion에 대해 이야기할 수 있는 입장은 아니지만 , '파히졩'까지는 아니더라도 최소한 유행 꼴지 수준을 유지하기 위해 4년 전부터 꾸준히 찾고 있는 퐝스 브랜드 a.p.c. (혹시 에이.피.씨.로 읽고싶은 충동을 느꼈다면 잠깐 진정하고 , 아페쎄라고 발음해보자)
a.p.c.의 가장 큰 장점이라면 평범한 듯 보이지만 다른 - 문법을 무시하고 조금 과장된 표현을 사용해보자면 이쁘게 평범한 - 스타일을 추구할 수 있다는 것이다. 가격은 예상외로 적당 (jean: € 110 , jacket:€ 300 , dress: € 120-280) 하나 , 국내 유통구조상의 문제로 갤러리아 west에서는 다소 비싼 가격에 - 게다가 전 품목이 아닌 일부 품목이 소량으로 입고되는 현실을 감안하고 - 구입해야만 한다. 머 , tokyo naka-meguro의 아울렛 매장에서 사는게 아니므로 그냥 꾹 참고 구입할 수밖에 . .

cafe 807 b1f 807-9 bangbaedong seochogu seoul korea tel. +82 2 3482 0890 open hours : tuesday - sunday , am11:00 - pm12:00 cafe 807은 방배4동 성당 옆에 위치한 다소 조용한 cafe이다. metropolitan 출신이라 약간의 agoraphobia 성향이 남아있어서인지는 모르겠지만 , 조용한 곳을 선호하는 나에게 cafe 807은 지금까지 정말 소중한 agit다. 입구에 있는 coffee , sandwich & wine 이란 font에서도 알 수 있듯이 주 메뉴는 이 세가지. 미맹인 (ptc 맛을 못느끼는 열성유전자를 가지고 태어난 그 미맹 말고) 내가 맛에 대해 평가를 내린다는 것 자체가 말이 안되지만 , 807의 panini와 espresso는 정말 맛있다. 얼마전에 3개월의 renewal을 끝내고 새롭게 open한 807을 방문했다. coffee의 맛과 향 , 그리고 ron arad의 tom vac은 그대로였지만 , louis ghost가 들어왔고 약간은 grotesque한 테이블이 가운데 한 줄 늘어났으며 무엇보다 정말 좋아했던 벽화가 사라졌다. 그래서 약간 아쉽기는 해도 . . 여전히 no.1 cafe임에는 변함이 없다. map

on the evening of 11 january 1955, gould made his debut in new york ("debutown" as he called it) and the next day signed a recording contract with columbia masterworks (cbs). gould's first recording of bach's goldberg variations took place at the cbs studios in june 1955. The record won instant acclaim, became a best seller, and launched gould's career as a fully mature international artist.

in 1981 gould departed from his custom of not re-recording a work and, 26 years after his first recording of the goldberg variations, went into the same new york studio for his second recording of the work with which he had become so closely identified.
